As a fitness professional for over the last decade, and especially in the last few years as The Biggest Loser TV Show became a hit, if there was one request or comment I have heard more than any other, it would be one of the following:
"Have you ever thought of running a Biggest Loser type program ... you know, like the TV show?"
"Well if I had Bob or Jillian looking over my shoulder for 12 weeks, I'd be losing all kinds of weight too."
There are also three primary reasons I had not run such a program:
- I did not have the fitness team (other trainers aside from myself), nor the resources to provide the experience I would want and need to produce for so many
- this type of program opens a fitness professional up to criticism for promoting an unrealistic goal or plan that could never compare to that of living on the ranch, as they do in the TV show
- many others have marketed weight loss gimics and plans, using names like "Biggest Loser" to turn profit in their club or business, while leaving participants out in the cold, and I did not want to be lumped into this category, that is, unless I knew absolutely for sure I could promise anyone who did work with me a healthier, wellness based approach to losing weight and keeping it off..
Well, due to this popular demand, and more importantly due to the fact I have been blessed with a compassionate and talented group of fitness professionals to work with, I, or rather, we, EveryBodyFIT Fitness & Wellness Group, are committing to make a real and positive difference in the lives of everyone we work with.
We just finished our second official EB-LOSES Program, and have been blown away by the experience so far. 10, 30+ lbs lost by several participants in 12 weeks! This program is an awesome combination of team work, community support, accountability, and just enough competitive spirit among all participants to make for a fun, interactive, personalized experience that will finally get you to your goal.
The next program, kicking off on Thursday, January 14th, will be better than ever. More participants, more available trainers to personally coach you towards your goal, an expanded EB-LOSES specific online resource of articles and videos, and more. For around $15 per week, payable by either 6 or 12 week sessions, participants will receive:
